In order to operate efficiently, we need to have terms and conditions surrounding the content and usage of this website. By using our website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which include our privacy policy, that govern Fraser Muir Holdings Ltd's (under the brand name Katherine Daniels) relationship with you in relation to this website.

The terms "Fraser Muir Holdings Ltd”, “Katherine Daniels”, "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Fraser Muir Holdings Ltd, The Grange, Beeston Green, Sandy, Bedfordshire, SG19 1PG (UK). The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, ACCEPTANCE AND INSPECTION OF YOUR ORDER

We will notify you via email once your order has been placed. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Upon receipt of your order please inspect the products to ensure everything specified on the delivery note is included. If there is a problem with the order you must make contact with us within 48 hours of receipt.

You can cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation rights and return the goods in accordance with our returns policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro and PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is acknowledged. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Katherine Daniels/Fraser Muir Holdings Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been received.

VOUCHER CODES

Katherine Daniels voucher codes can only be redeemed at www.katherinedanielscosmetics.com

Only one voucher code can be used per transaction including redeemed Skincare Rewards, codes will expire after a single use. Once the expiry date has passed the code will expire. No credit or cash will be exchanged.

Site-wide offers and promotions cannot be applied to gift sets, candles or Micro Cloths unless otherwise stated.

OUR WEBSITE AND THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

Under the distance selling regulations, goods must be delivered within a specific time frame:

For avoidance of doubt, our working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm excluding statutory holidays. If we receive your order before 11am on a working day we will aim to dispatch your order on the same day. If your order is received after 11am, or we are unable to dispatch on the same day, then we will aim to dispatch it on the next working day.

We send goods out by DPD Courier Service. Whilst DPD operate a next day service, they are not guaranteed services and as such, we cannot guarantee delivery within a set time frame.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. For further details of how to return merchandise please see our Returns section. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us. You can submit your cancellation notice by email to our Customer Services Department at info@katherinedanielscosmetics.com

Your statutory rights are not affected.

FAULTY GOODS

We accept no liability whatsoever for the purchase and use of products which are not suited for your skin type – this includes, but is not limited to, skin reactions. If you are unsure if an item is suitable for you, please visit your local Katherine Daniels stockist who will be able to advise you.

We strongly advise that you patch test any items before first use to ensure skin compatibility.

Advertised results are based on clinical and subjective test results and we in no way guarantee you will achieve these results. As such, we will accept no liability for the non-achievement of any results and do not class non-achievement of results as a faulty product.

We do not recommend the use of any of the Katherine Daniels homecare products without a current and up to date skin consultation and prescription from a Katherine Daniels Appointed Therapist. You can locate your nearest Katherine Daniels salon in our salon finder here.

If your item is found to be faulty, you must notify us in writing detailing the fault and providing photographic evidence where possible within 48 hours  from date of receipt of order. Please do not return goods until we have issued you with a returns number, doing so will slow down the process of returning.

Buying a Gift Card

Using a Gift Card

  • E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • E-Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on katherinedanielscosmetics.com
  • E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, are non-transferable and can only be redeemed on katherinedanielscosmetics.com
  • If your order total is less than the value of the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance will be kept on your E-Gift Card ready for future purchases. To check the balance on your card, please email us on info@katherinedanielscosmetics.com
  • If your order exceeds the value of the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
  • All purchases made using a E-Gift Card will be subject to Katherine Daniels Terms & Conditions.

VIRTUAL SKIN BAR

Our Virtual Skin Bar is online appointments for Skincare Consultations with a Katherine Daniels Professional Skincare Consultant will be available to book online the Appointed app on a first come first serve basis. These Consultations are 20-minutes in duration and free of charge.

Booking an Appointment
• Any Appointment must be booked via the Appointedd app which can be accessed by making a booking on our Virtual Skin Bar page here.
• The Appointment will be for the date and time booked via the Appointedd app, and as notified to you via email.

Cancelling and Amending Your Appointment
• Katherine Daniels retains the right to cancel, change the date and time of or amend your Appointment at any time. You will have the option to either change or cancel at the time of notification.
• You can cancel, amend or reschedule your Appointment by notifying us at least three hours prior to the Appointment time via info@katherinedanielscosmetics.com. Any amendments and/or rescheduled Appointments are subject to availability. If you do not cancel, amend or reschedule your Appointment in accordance with this clause.

Your Appointment
• Prior to your Appointment, you will be invited to complete a Pre-Consultation Questionnaire. This will assist the Consultant to provide you with a more tailored service. Any personal data you provide will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.
• Only one person may attend the Appointment.
• If you do not join within the first ten minutes of the Appointment then we are under no obligation to go ahead with the Appointment and may cancel it at our discretion. If the Consultant does go ahead with the Appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will get your full 20-minute consultation, even if the Appointment starts late.
• During an Appointment our Consultant reserves the right to cancel or abort the Appointment at any time, should they feel it appropriate to do so.
• Any information and/or product recommendations made by a Consultant are for informational purposes only.
• The Service will at all times be subject to the Website Terms and Conditions of Use.
